  • How can I exchange or return a product?

    The files once purchased are non-refundable, in case of file defect you can make a specific request to the email tosecafoto@gmail.com by sending the damaged file and the payment receipt, specifying the product code and file size, you will be sent the correct file. After 5 downloads of the file the download will stop and you will not be able to download more times. In case of purchase of works of art it is not possible to replace it, it is only possible to insure the shipment during the purchase phase for any damage. In case of receipt of defective works of print or art, it is possible to return them back, after receipt the cause of the defect will be assessed, if the defect is due to production a copy conforming to the original will be returned, otherwise the damaged work will be returned at expense of the buyer by paying in advance.
